Gonflables Châteauguay is committed to providing safe, clean, and well-maintained equipment for all rentals. However, by renting our equipment, the customer assumes full responsibility for the safety and supervision of all individuals using the inflatables and related items.

 

Gonflables Châteauguay, its owners, and employees are not liable for any injuries, accidents, damages, or losses that may occur during the rental period, whether due to misuse, improper supervision, or failure to follow the provided safety rules and instructions.

Inflatables must not be used in high winds or during severe weather conditions. It is the customer’s responsibility to monitor weather conditions and cease use of the equipment if necessary. Safety guidelines provided at delivery or pickup must be followed at all times.

 

Customers may cancel their booking for any reason up to 3 days before the scheduled rental date for a full refund. In the event of poor weather (e.g., rain, thunderstorms, or high winds), rentals may be cancelled or rescheduled without penalty. 

 

By signing the rental agreement and waiver, the customer acknowledges and accepts full responsibility for any risks associated with the use of the rented equipment.

Terms & Conditions

1. Rental agreement

  • Pickup option: Rentals are for a single-day period. Rentals include the use of the unit to be picked up anytime as of 6:00 AM and must be returned no later than 11:00 PM on the same day. 

  • Delivery Option: Gonflables Chateauguay will deliver, and pickup the units based on a scheduled time. A delivery fee will apply depending on location.
     

  • All equipment must be returned clean and dry. A cleaning fee may be charged if the unit is returned dirty or wet. ​

  • Late returns may incur additional fees unless previously arranged. 

  • Units are inspected before and after each rental.

2. Cancellations and refunds

  • Cancellations made 3 days or more before the event are eligible for a full refund. 
    Cancellations due to weather (e.g., rain, high winds) can be made until and including the day of the rental for a full refund.

3.  Use of equipment

  • Adult supervision is required at all times while the unit is in use.

  • No shoes, food, drinks, sharp objects or animals inside the unit (inflatable). 

  • The unit must be used safely and according to the provided safety instructions.
